The purpose of the Tribal Strategic Plan (TSP) is to promote the best use of resources to foster environmental gains in Indian country and other tribal areas, including Alaska (ICOTA). The Plan will serve as a guide to EPA/OPPTS and its regional partners as current programs and future initiatives are implemented in order to support successful pesticide and toxics management and pollution prevention.
